Return Policy

All of our neckwear is backed by our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.  If for any reason you are unhappy with any of our ties, simply return the tie to us within 30 days of purchase, in it's original shipping package and sleeve and we'll issue you a full refund for the tie.  Please return the tie(s) to SGS Neckwear P.O. Box 404, Kulpsville PA  19443. Please include a copy of the original invoice along with a note stating how you wish your return to be processed: either as a full refund or as an exchange. Any ties returned to us stuffed in an envelope and/or received in a wrinkled state may be subject to a 20% handling fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
